Hola, I’m Cristóbal López, but most people call me Chris. I’m a graphic designer with 13 years of creative experience, working across Chile and New Zealand.
My roots are in Santiago, where I started my design career, and for the last 10 years, I’ve been based in Aotearoa, developing my abilities and creating a multicultural, movement-driven approach to design.
I have strong ties to identity, sport, and storytelling, and I enjoy combining the three. My work always begins with a conversation and a pencil sketch, whether it's for a brand identity, a custom jersey, or a handcrafted illustration. Years of working with clients who speak Spanish and English have given me the ability to listen well and distill ideas.
I take every project as a new challenge — a chance to create something unique and meaningful for the client. My goal is always to design something that speaks for itself, telling a story without needing words.
When I'm not designing, I'm usually coaching volleyball, surfing, climbing, or planning my next wooden project. That mix of movement and creativity helps keep my ideas flowing — and shows up in the way I work.
I’d love to hear your story — and help bring it to life through design.
